Pennsylvania Trailer Inspection Process

After verification of ownership, legality, and proof of purchase, the following components are inspected on your trailer:

      A road test is required to test if the trailer is capable of stopping within the maximum stopping distance and verify that it does not swerve so much that any part leaves the 12 ft lane. Due to Miller Tire & Auto’s bay limitations, trailers can be no more than 10’ 9” high and 27’ long.
